Bundled Terms of Use for Families
Last updated: October 2026. Version 2026-10-23-v1. Effective October 27, 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Bundled Inc. ("Bundled," "we," "us"). They cover the Bundled iPhone app and Bundled's websites when you use them as a family (together, "Bundled"). By checking the box at sign-up, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community and Review Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use Bundled.
Bundled is in beta. The Beta Terms below (section 15) also apply while the beta runs.
2. What Bundled is, and what it isn't
Bundled helps families find education providers (microschools, co-ops, tutors, camps and other programs), join their own provider, follow providers, read their posts, send them inquiries, and review a provider they are enrolled with.
Providers are independent. They are not Bundled's employees, agents or partners. Bundled does not run any program, employ any teacher, or take part in your agreement with a provider. Your enrollment, payments, schedules and everything about your child's education are between you and the provider.
What we check and what we don't. We review new provider pages after they go live and mark some with "Verified by Bundled." That badge means our staff checked that the provider appears to be real and that the person running the page speaks for it. It does not mean we inspected the program, its staff, its safety, its licenses or accreditation, or its quality. Providers confirm that every adult who works with children in their program has passed a background check; we do not see or verify those checks. Information on provider pages, including cost, schedule, ages, credentials and funding, comes from the provider. Please visit, ask questions, check references, and confirm anything important directly with the provider before you enroll or pay.
School-choice funding. Labels such as "Takes ESA" in the app or "Accepts ESA (self-reported)" on the web, and the "Takes ESA" filter, reflect the provider's own statement, marked as reported by the provider. Bundled does not verify whether a provider, program or expense qualifies for Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account, Florida's Family Empowerment Scholarship, Florida Tax Credit Scholarship, the Personalized Education Program, or any other program. Confirm eligibility with the program (for Arizona, the Arizona Department of Education; for Florida, Step Up For Students or your scholarship funding organization) before you enroll or pay.
No advice. Nothing on Bundled is educational, legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
3. Who may use Bundled
You must be 18 or older and a parent or legal guardian of a child, or an adult helping a parent or guardian choose a program, to create a family account. Children may not create accounts or use Bundled themselves. You must live in the United States. One person per account; keep your password private, and tell us at support@bundled-edu.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
An account that runs a provider page is a provider account and follows the Provider Terms. A family account can't also run a provider page.
4. Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who sees it. In particular:
- When you send an inquiry, the provider receives your name, the email you enter, your message and a copy of your answers about what you are looking for (age ranges, program types, preferences and priorities, values, how you plan to pay, where your child is now and what isn't working). By tapping Send, you ask us to share them with that provider.
- When you join a provider, it sees that you joined, the date, and a label for your family, which is never more than the family name you choose or your last name followed by "Family" (some families show simply as "A family"). It also sees combined summaries of its enrolled families' answers, never one family's own words.
- Bundled staff can read inquiries, answers and reviews for safety and support.
Providers are responsible for how they use what you send them. Our Provider Terms require them to use it only to answer you and to serve your family.
5. Your content and conduct
You are responsible for what you write on Bundled (inquiries, reviews, answers). Follow our Community and Review Guidelines. In short: be truthful, write about your own experience, don't post a child's name, health details or other identifying information, don't harass anyone, and don't post anything illegal or that you don't have the right to post.
Don't misuse Bundled: no scraping, automated access, attempts to get into other accounts or our systems, attempts to identify an anonymous reviewer, fake accounts, or using Bundled to advertise or to contact families or providers for unrelated purposes.
6. Reviews
You may review a provider you joined through Bundled, once. When you write a review you choose:
- Share anonymously: your comment shows publicly on the provider's page on Bundled as "A parent" with how long you have been with the provider, without your name. A small provider may still be able to guess who wrote a review.
- Don't share: only the Bundled team reads it.
If you say you're willing to talk with families considering the provider, the provider sees that answer and the contact email you give, whichever you choose. The provider doesn't see your review's other answers.
You keep ownership of your review. You give Bundled a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, format (without changing its meaning) and distribute it on Bundled and in materials that promote Bundled, for as long as it is on Bundled and for a reasonable time after removal to clear copies and backups. If you choose "Don't share," we use your review only internally.
We may remove or decline to show a review that breaks our Guidelines or the law: for example, one that contains personal information or a likeness of another person; is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit or discriminatory; is unrelated to the provider; is clearly false or misleading; is fake; or contains a trade secret, unlawful material or malware. We don't remove reviews because they are negative. Providers can't remove reviews.
If you delete your account, a review you chose not to share is deleted with it. A review you shared stays on the provider's page, without your name, email or contact email. You can delete a review yourself before deleting your account (in Account, open your review of the provider and choose Delete review on the last step), unless we took it down.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to write an honest review, on Bundled or anywhere else.
7. Our content and your license to use the app
Bundled, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules, and to use our websites, for your family's own use under these Terms. Provider pages, posts and photos belong to the providers or their licensors.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
9. Copyright complaints
To report a copyright problem, write to support@bundled-edu.com. We end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account, then Settings, then Delete account. What happens to your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your account, or remove you from a provider and block you from rejoining it, if you break these Terms or the Guidelines, if we need to for safety or legal reasons, or if we stop offering Bundled. Where it's safe and lawful, we'll tell you why. A provider may also remove your family from its page.
Sections 6 (the license for reviews you shared), 8, 11 to 14 and 16 survive.
11. Disclaimers
Bundled is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that Bundled will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information on it (including provider pages, funding labels, reviews and match check marks) is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for the conduct of providers, their staff or other users, online or offline, or for any program you choose. Some states don't allow these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bundled and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to Bundled or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims related to Bundled will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (families pay nothing today) or $100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or the law, or your content harms someone, and that leads to a claim against Bundled, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where you live.
Before filing any claim, write to us at support@bundled-edu.com with your name, contact details and a description of the dispute and the relief you want. We'll try to resolve it informally within 60 days.
15. Beta Terms
While Bundled is in beta (until we tell you the beta has ended):
- Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may reset or move data. We'll tell you before deleting your account or answers.
- Bundled may be unavailable at times.
- We may contact you about your experience. We won't send you marketing.
- Section 11 (as is) and section 12 (limits) apply with full force.
16. App Store terms (Apple)
If you got the app from Apple's App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Bundled only, not Apple. Bundled, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to the app is limited to using it on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that it may be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Bundled, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
- Bundled, not Apple, is responsible for any product warranties, express or implied by law, to the extent not disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any (the app is free). To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses from a failure to conform to a warranty are Bundled's responsibility.
- Bundled, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims the app or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Bundled, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the app: Bundled Inc., 430 Scarecrow Court, Hockessin, DE 19707, support@bundled-edu.com.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new version and "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and ask you to agree again where required. Changes don't apply to a dispute that arose before them.
18. Other terms
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Guidelines, are the whole agreement between you and Bundled about Bundled. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part isn't a waiver. You can't transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to support@bundled-edu.com.
